Total max capacity is 20.7 qt. / 19.6 l (10.35 qt. / 9.8 l for each basin and the fryer baskets capacity are 12.7 qt./ 12 l (6.35 qt. /6 l for each fryer basket)
Temperature limiter will work to cut off the power and protect the machine when the temperature is higher than the pre-set 1 (460°F)
Add handles on both sides of the oil tank for easy pouring in and off oil
Scales of the maximum and minimum refueling amount are added on the inside of the oil tank container so you do not need to measure the safety range of the oil amount by yourself
Equipped with fingertip rubber covered gloves and skimmer slotted spoon which is safe and convenient for you to operate the electric deep fryer while reducing the risk of being burned by hot oil
Note please disconnect the power supply and wait until the oil temperature reaches room temperature before cleaning
Note please plug the fryer in a wall socket rather than a wiring plate type socket for safety concerns
